Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in the EU have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, in line with EU consumer law.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us by email, Telegram or WhatsApp with your order number. We will guide you through the return process. Products should be returned unopened and in original packaging where hygiene rules apply.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
